What is TheAIVault?+
TheAIVault generates professional websites for local businesses that don't have one, and lets independent closers present those sites to owners, close the deal, and earn a commission. Business owners get a ready-made website; closers get paid for closing.
Is the website really free to start?+
Yes. We generate a complete website preview for a business at no upfront cost. The business only pays if they decide to keep and publish it.
Who owns the website after purchase?+
Once a business client completes payment, they receive a licence to use their delivered website as described at checkout. The underlying platform, templates, and tooling remain owned by TheAIVault.
What payment methods are supported?+
For payments in Indian Rupees (INR) we use Cashfree, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. For international payments (USD, GBP, EUR) we use Stripe for card payments.
Which currencies can I be charged in?+
We currently support INR, USD, GBP, and EUR. The currency and exact amount are always shown before you confirm payment.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers (Cashfree and Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
How do closers earn a commission?+
Closers are assigned leads, pitch the business owner, and generate an official payment link from their dashboard. When the client pays, the closer earns the commission rate shown at the time the deal was created.
When and how are commissions paid out?+
Commissions become payable once a client's payment is successfully received and the deal is approved. Approved payouts are then processed by the admin team. You can track every deal and its payout status in your dashboard.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: one-time purchases can be reviewed within 7 days, and monthly retainers can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing. See the policy for full details.
How do I become a closer?+
Create an account from the home page and apply. Accounts are reviewed and approved by our team before you start receiving leads. No prior experience is required.
