Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheAIVault platform, available at theaivaultlive.com (the "Service"), operated by [Registered Business Name] ("TheAIVault", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TheAIVault generates professional websites for local businesses and provides a platform for independent "closers" to present those websites to business owners, close deals, and earn commissions. We also facilitate payment collection from business clients through third-party payment processors.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • Accounts are subject to approval. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Closer Obligations

  • You agree to represent TheAIVault and its products honestly and not to make false or misleading claims to prospects.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, telemarketing, and consumer-protection rules.
  • You act as an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of TheAIVault.
  • You will not collect payments outside the official payment links provided by the Service.

4. Commissions & Payments

Commission rates, eligibility, and payout schedules are as displayed within your dashboard at the time a deal is created. Commissions are payable only on payments that are successfully received, confirmed, and not refunded or charged back. We may withhold or reverse commissions associated with fraudulent, disputed, or refunded transactions.

5. Payments from Clients

Payments from business clients are processed by third-party providers (including Cashfree Payments and Stripe). We do not store full card details. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. Prices and currency are shown before checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, branding, and generated website templates, is owned by TheAIVault or its licensors. Upon full payment for a website by a business client, the client receives a licence to use the delivered website as described at the point of sale. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
  • Do not upload malware or interfere with the operation of the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular income, number of leads, or deal outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheAIVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
