Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for websites and services purchased through TheAIVault (theaivaultlive.com). By completing a payment, you agree to this policy.

1. What You Are Paying For

Purchases are for digital products and services — a professionally designed website and, where applicable, ongoing hosting and maintenance. The delivered website is made available to you via a link on our domain.

2. One-Time Website Purchases

  • If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
  • Because websites are custom-generated digital goods, once a site has been delivered and is in active use, refunds are provided at our reasonable discretion.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after the website has been delivered and accepted, or where there is evidence of misuse or fraud.

3. Monthly Retainers

  • You may cancel a monthly retainer at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
  • Payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, but service continues until the end of the paid period.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email support@theaivaultlive.com with your order reference, the email/phone used at checkout, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details to verify the transaction.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through our payment processor (Cashfree or Stripe). Refunds typically reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged but the order did not complete, or you were charged more than once, contact us and we will investigate and refund any erroneous charges in full.
